  • Investigations will be conducted in good faith within seven (7) business days.
  • Content confirmed as illegal or non-consensual will be removed immediately, with notification sent via email or electronic message.
  • If content is deemed lawful and consensual, you will receive notification of our decision electronically.
  • Disputes regarding non-consensual content determinations will be referred to a neutral arbitration body at our expense.

Content creators can report concerns through our footer-located contact page (Complaint Online Form) or directly via customer-service@mrman.com. Each report generates an automatic support ticket. Our team evaluates removal requests within seven days. Complex cases are escalated to Legal for appropriate response. Appeals undergo Legal Department review.

General Complaint Resolution

For all other complaints, including Terms of Use violations:

  • Investigations will be conducted within appropriate timeframes based on complaint severity.
  • We will request additional information when necessary for thorough review.
  • Appropriate actions will be taken in good faith to address verified issues. Confirmed Terms of Use violations will result in prompt content removal.
  • We retain discretion regarding complaint outcome notifications.


Misuse of Complaint System
